Hoe wordt Torres Forcada gemaakt?
Vinificatie: De druiven worden voorzichtig geoogst en direct geperst om het frisse fruit te behouden. Daarna vergist de wijn in roestvrijstalen tanks bij lage temperatuur, wat zorgt voor de frisse, lichte smaak. Er is geen houtopvoeding gebruikt, waardoor het fruit en de zuiverheid van de wijn behouden blijven.
